The Fonseca KDT Cadetes is a petite, handmade Cuban cigar from the elegant Fonseca brand, produced in the Cadetes vitola (also known as Short Panetela or Très Petit Corona). Measuring 115 mm (about 4.5 inches) long with a slim 36 ring gauge, it’s the smallest offering in the Fonseca lineup and comes tissue-wrapped in dress boxes of 25, often with a delicate paper band that leaves the cigar “naked” when smoked. Known for its light to mild strength and approachable character, this cigar delivers a refined, balanced profile featuring woody and earthy notes, hints of chocolate, nuts, vanilla, subtle sweetness, and occasional spice or cocoa—especially rewarding with a few years of aging to fully develop its potential.
