Bolívar Libertador opens bold and earthy, with a dense core of leather, dark cocoa, and espresso. As it warms, black pepper and toasted cedar come forward, backed by roasted nuts and a molasses-like sweetness—sometimes hinting at dried fig or raisin. The retrohale is spicy and mineral, while the finish lingers long with bittersweet chocolate and damp soil. With age, the edges round off, revealing smoother honeyed tones and a more refined leather-cedar interplay.
