All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment partner, Hesabe.

Upon successful payment confirmation, orders are prepared for delivery. All orders are delivered by Venti Uno for Tobacco through a trusted delivery partner within Kuwait.

We coordinate and oversee the delivery process to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in proper condition. While every effort is made to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. In such cases, we remain committed to supporting our clients until successful delivery is achieved.

All cigar sales are final. Due to the nature of the product and storage sensitivity, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been dispatched or collected.

Accessories may be subject to exchange or replacement solely at the discretion of Venti Uno for Tobacco and only in cases of manufacturing defect reported within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
